Position Summary Ampronix, LLC is seeking an experienced and highly organized Sales Administrator to support and contribute to the continued growth of our international sales business. This mid-level position will work closely with the International Sales team, customers, distributors, Marketing, Operations, Service, Purchasing, and other internal departments to ensure efficient and accurate management of international business transactions. The successful candidate will take ownership of international sales administration, order processing, shipment coordination, customer follow-up, CRM accuracy, lead qualification, and pipeline development. This position will also assist with business development and customer retention initiatives and will have the opportunity to help develop and improve processes within the International Sales function. The ideal candidate is professional, confident, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable communicating with customers and business partners in an international environment. Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency, both verbal and written, is required. Responsibilities, Qualifications & Experience 2-3 years of experience in sales administration and/or customer service Proven experience supporting sales teams and managing customer transactions from order entry through shipment and delivery. Experience working with customers, distributors, dealers, or business partners preferred. Bilingual English and Spanish, both verbal and written, is required. Strong understanding of customer service principles and the ability to develop and maintain positive customer relationships. Experience working with CRM systems, maintaining accurate customer/contact records, and managing sales leads and pipeline activity. Ability to independently manage multiple transactions, follow-ups, deadlines, and priorities with minimal supervision. Experience with orders, shipping documentation, logistics, or import/export processes is highly desirable. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with sales and marketing activities, including lead qualification, prospecting, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp, is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with customers, vendors, sales representatives, and internal departments. Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy when processing orders, maintaining CRM information, and tracking shipments. Professional, confident, energetic, and solutions-oriented approach to customer service and sales support. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively across multiple departments. Experience in the medical device, healthcare, medical imaging, technology, or distribution industry is a plus.
