This is not a theory-based coaching position. This is a results-driven role focused on helping agents generate business, build pipelines, and close more transactions using proven systems. If you've built a real estate business and want to expand your impact—this is that opportunity. What You'll Do Coach agents to increase appointments, signed agreements, and closings Lead weekly trainings, masterminds, and lead generation sessions Work one-on-one with agents to build business plans and track performance Drive accountability around daily and weekly lead generation Help agents improve confidence, conversion, and consistency Support agents through contracts, negotiations, and live deal scenarios What We're Looking For Active California Real Estate License Strong recent production (this is a must) Experience mentoring or leading agents is a plus Someone who tracks numbers and believes in accountability Confident leading from the front of the room Compensation Performance-based commission Expected income: $75,000 - $150,000+ Schedule Flexible In-office presence required for trainings and coaching Location La Mesa, CA (San Diego County) Apply Send your resume + a short note with: Your recent production Any coaching/mentoring experience Why this role interests you Must have active CA license and proven production to be considered.
