Join a High-Performing Team! We are seeking an experienced and driven Preowned Director to lead one of the most successful pre-owned operations in the nation. What You Will Do Lead the pre-owned sales department to achieve sales volume, gross profit, inventory turn, and customer satisfaction objectives. Develop and execute inventory acquisition, pricing, merchandising, and sales strategies that maximize profitability and market competitiveness. Manage all aspects of vehicle sourcing, including trade appraisals, direct purchases, lease maturities, service drive acquisition opportunities, digital buying channels, and auction activity. Oversee inventory aging, market pricing, reconditioning timelines, and merchandising standards to ensure inventory remains retail-ready and competitively positioned. Partner with Sales, Finance, Service, Parts, and Accounting teams to drive operational efficiency and exceptional guest experiences. Review department performance metrics and implement action plans to achieve business objectives. Coach, mentor, and develop managers and sales professionals to improve performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical business practices. Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement . What We Are Looking For Proven success as a Pre-Owned Manager, Used Car Manager, or similar leadership role within a high-volume automotive dealership. Strong expertise in vehicle acquisition, appraisals, inventory management, pricing strategy, wholesale operations, and market analysis. Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance, inventory turn, and departmental profitability. Experience managing large and diverse pre-owned inventories. Strong leadership skills with a track record of building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and decision-making abilities. Proficiency with CRM platforms, inventory management tools, appraisal systems, and dealership software. A results-oriented mindset combined with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Professional demeanor, strong business acumen, and a passion for excellence.
Pay :
