Position Overview:

As a Sales Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our sales team, managing leads for both residential and commercial services. Your role ensures that leads are routed and tracked efficiently, boosting our Outside Sales team's productivity.

What You'll Do:

Manage and assign leads in our CRM. Schedule inspections and monitor lead statuses. Maintain customer records and coordinate with various departments. Create and manage contacts in field routes. Support sales meetings and follow up with customers.

What You Bring:

Respectful, reliable, and responsible attitude. 2 years in Sales Admin or Sales Operations is a plus. Strong CRM experience (Fieldroutes/pestroutes preferred). Excellent organizational and communication skills. Knowledge working with all Microsoft programs is required. Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Pest control experience and familiarity with cross-functional teamwork. Ready to make a difference? Join us and help keep Southern California pest-free! !

Pay:

$23.82 - $25.00 per hour
