As a Licensed Insurance/Sales Producer (LSP) , you will play a key role in developing our local Allstate agency by connecting with new and existing clients to provide coverage for lifes ever-changing needs. This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated, positive individual who is looking to grow in a stable, rewarding industry. Disclosure This position is with The Runden Agency, LLC , an Allstate Exclusive Agent. Employment is not directly with Allstate Insurance Company but with the agency as an independent contractor.
Salary Range:
$36,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training Continuous Learning through
Allstate University Requirements Licensing:
Active Colorado Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
Experience:
1-2 years of sales or related experience in insurance or related field preferred
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
Problem-Solving:
Proactive ability to work independently when addressing client needs.
Collaboration:
Team-oriented with the ability to contribute to agency goals.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales platforms.
