We're looking for an Entry Level Assistant Manager who is eager to learn the business from the ground up while building the leadership, communication, and operational skills needed for long-term success. In this role, you'll gain experience supporting both our customer-facing initiatives and the day-to-day operations that keep our team running efficiently. Working with our client, Frontier, you'll help create positive customer experiences while learning team leadership, training, business operations, and performance management alongside experienced mentors. Assistant Manager Responsibilities Assist with the daily operations of a growing customer engagement team. Support and motivate team members while learning effective leadership strategies. Work directly with customers to lead team members to provide information about Frontier products and services and ensure a positive experience. Help onboard and train new team members through coaching and hands-on support. Learn scheduling, reporting, documentation, and other business operations. Maintain accurate customer and operational records. Collaborate with management to improve team performance and customer satisfaction. Participate in leadership development, team meetings, and ongoing training. Develop the communication and organizational skills needed for future management opportunities. Assistant Manager Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, or sales is a plus, but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Interest in leadership, team development, and business operations. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
