Sales Supervisor Location :
Longwood, FL Compensation :
$90,000 Position Overview An established organization is seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead the Customer Service, Inside Sales, and Broker Representative teams. This individual will be responsible for driving sales performance, improving operational efficiency, implementing reporting procedures, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience developing high-performing sales teams, managing daily operations, and supporting revenue growth in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise the Customer Service Department, Inside Sales team, and Broker Representatives. Lead, coach, motivate, and develop sales and customer service employees. Assist with the development and implementation of operational and sales reporting procedures. Ensure sales programs and initiatives are executed effectively and consistently. Promote and maintain company standard operating procedures to support safe, efficient, and compliant operations. Prepare bids, sales reports, and revenue tracking metrics. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and regulatory agencies. Monitor team performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement process enhancements. Organize, prioritize, and schedule daily work assignments to maximize team productivity. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered. Minimum of three years of management or supervisory experience in sales or customer service. Previous experience supervising sales teams. Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and computer skills. Ability to coach, train, and develop employees while managing multiple priorities. Preferred Management experience within a call center or customer contact center environment. Experience developing reporting processes and performance metrics. Proven success leading teams focused on customer service and revenue growth.
