Job Description

We are seeking a bilingual Channel Sales professional for a direct hire Sales & Marketing Specialist opportunity in Miami, FL. This role supports sales, marketing, distributor development, and dealer network growth across Latin America and Caribbean territories within the automotive and motor products industry. Responsibilities
  • Execute sales and marketing strategies, programs, campaigns, pricing initiatives, and service policies to support territory growth and company targets.
  • Partner with distributors and dealers throughout Latin America and the Caribbean to support dealer network development, promotions, inventory control, service campaigns, customer satisfaction, and product training initiatives.
  • Conduct market research, analyze distributor KPIs, support sales forecasting, and identify opportunities for sales growth and performance improvement.
  • Direct hire opportunity.
  • Salary range: $65,000 to $75,000 per year.
  • Location:
    Miami, FL.
  • International travel required up to 50% of the time.
