BDC Director -
Kendall Hyundai Compensation:
$100,000+ per year (base + performance bonuses)

Full-time About Us Kendall Hyundai is a high-volume dealership committed to providing exceptional customer service and a first-class automotive experience. We are seeking a talented and motivated BDC Director to lead our Business Development Center and drive department performance. Position Summary The BDC Director will oversee all inbound/outbound lead management, customer communication processes, and team performance. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong coaching ability, operational discipline, and a results-driven mindset.
Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and develop the BDC team to exceed appointment, show, and sales targets Manage daily operations, including lead flow, follow-up standards, and CRM performance Create and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and conversion rates Ensure timely and effective follow-up with all internet, phone, and chat leads Collaborate with Sales and Service management to support store traffic and goals Monitor performance metrics, reporting, and process compliance Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Automotive BDC management experience required Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding department goals Proficiency with CRM systems (DriveCentric, VinSolutions, or similar) Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Organized, proactive, and highly results-oriented
