Job Description
OKcarz is looking for a driven individual to fill our Floor Manager position at the OKcarz Orlando East Colonial location. Must be a strong closer and great at multitasking. Must be good with customer, computers, social media and prospecting for new referral business. We are looking for an individual that can take ownership of their growth and self development. Bilingual a plus but not required Our Floor Managers still sell cars, but they are able to take their customer through the entire process on their own. They also assist the Store Manager with daily tasks, plus managing the sales team and customers. $30,000 Yearly Salary, Plus Commissions!! Average Floor Managers make between $65k and $85k but you can make an unlimited amount of commission with our retroactive pay structure!! Responsibilities Guiding customers through the entire sales process, from application to contract closing. Assists current customers with any issues and provides excellent customer service Generates new business by prospecting, utilizing social media, dealer referrals, customer referrals and any other sources available Follows up with Internet Leads and Scheduling appointments Assists in store management responsibilities such as inventory, sales, customer service, and other tasks needed to run the business Helps with growing and protecting the business at all times Supports Mid Florida Financing Underwriting Policies and Guidelines Assists Sales Advisors with closing deals and overcoming objections Support of Home Office with all business needs Other Requirements Great attitude and energy always Exceptional customer service Friendly, professional, self driven Great written and communication skills Excellent work ethic Must be persistent and competitive Comfortable with computers and with numbers Customer Focused Must have strong moral principles Must have
