Supervisor, Residential Field Sales Location:
Panama City, FL or Montgomery, AL Lead. Inspire. Win in the Field. Are you a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first sales environment? We're looking for a Residential Field Sales Supervisor who can inspire teams, drive performance, and lead from the front as we continue growing our network and customer base. Offers Base Salary:
$60,000 - $65,000 per year
Plus:
Uncapped commissions and performance bonuses

Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Tuition Reimbursement Colleague Broadband Discounts Mileage Reimbursement Company Cell Phone & iPad, & Sales Tools Provided What You'll Do As a Residential Field Sales Supervisor, you'll lead a team of field sales representatives and contractor partners to exceed sales goals while delivering a high-quality customer experience. Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team Recruit, interview, and hire top sales talent Coach and mentor sales representatives through field training and ride-alongs Conduct ongoing performance reviews and provide constructive feedback Foster a high-energy, customer-first team culture Drive Sales Performance Achieve and exceed established sales quotas and territory goals Monitor prospecting, closing ratios, and sales productivity metrics Train teams on product updates, promotions, and sales strategies Ensure sales quality and focus on retention and churn management Lead From the Field Spend approximately 80% of your time in the field coaching and supporting your team Conduct daily one-on-one training with sales representatives Monitor installations, cancellations, and order quality to maintain compliance Collaborate Across the Organization Work closely with marketing, MDU teams, construction, and operations to support market growth Lead EdgeOut sales initiatives across cross-functional teams Report field insights, customer trends, and market conditions to leadership Maintain Operational Excellence Ensure compliance with company sales processes and policies Prepare productivity reports and performance updates Resolve customer escalations with appropriate internal teams Who You Are A motivated leader with a passion for developing people and driving results Comfortable working in the field and engaging directly with customers and teams Strong communicator with excellent coaching and leadership skills Competitive, goal-driven, and resilient in a quota-driven environment Flexible to work evenings and weekends when customers are home Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3+ years of sales leadership experience with proven results 3+ years of direct-to-consumer field sales experience Telecommunications, cable, or broadband experience preferred Experience managing or collaborating with third-party contractor sales teams preferred Experience with Microsoft Office, Spotio, and ICOMS preferred (can be trained) Skills That Will Help You Succeed Field sales coaching and team development Strong interpersonal communication and leadership Ability to motivate teams to exceed sales targets Experience training and mentoring field sales representatives Ability to manage both team leadership and personal field presence Working in the Field This role is highly field-based and requires working outdoors and in neighborhoods within assigned territories.
You must be able to:
