Job Description

Position Overview:
Graham Heating and Air is seeking an experienced HVAC professional to manage and lead a dynamic team of technicians in service and sales of residential HVAC equipment. This role demands a leader who is not only technically proficient but also excels in sales and team leadership.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 5 years in residential HVAC. Proven track record of leading and motivating a team to achieve and exceed targets. Strong ability to sell equipment and services, with a focus on driving revenue. A great attitude and an unyielding desire to succeed. Capable of handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously with a strong focus on results.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring technicians adhere to company processes and deliver exceptional service. Review and analyze company and technician performance using our service tracker. Maintain constant communication with technicians, dispatch, and the installation department. Resolve customer issues within 24 hours, ensuring complete satisfaction. Follow up with customers post-installation to confirm satisfaction and secure payment. Consistently drive processes to improve efficiency and customer experience.
