Used Car Sales Manager An established and growing automotive dealership group is seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to lead a high-volume used vehicle operation. What You'll Do Oversee the day-to-day operations of the used vehicle department, ensuring an efficient, customer-focused sales process. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve volume, gross profit, and departmental performance goals. Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Manage inventory acquisition, merchandising, pricing, appraisals, and reconditioning to maximize profitability and market competitiveness. Partner with finance, service, and other dealership departments to create a seamless customer experience. Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and compliance requirements to drive informed business decisions. Build strong relationships with customers and internal team members. What You Bring Proven success in automotive sales with previous management or leadership experience. Strong understanding of used vehicle operations, including inventory management, pricing strategy, appraisals, and reconditioning. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop successful sales teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Experience using dealership management systems and CRM software. High level of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
