Compensation:

$40,000 - $50,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Train their team on our processes (and assist when processes need changing). Conduct employee reviews Ensure their team meets their KPIs (shipping and receiving, data entry, and purchasing) Lead and attend multiple meetings daily Lead day-to-day operations Coach to our Core Values Instill our purpose in employees Be a buffer between their boss and their subordinates Be ok with joining in and facilitating healthy conflict

Qualifications:
