- This bonus is for new hires. Internal candidates, rehires and managers are excluded. Process contracts accurately by entering information into appropriate systems (e.g., Universe/Unifipro). Ensure that signed contract paperwork is accurate and contains all necessary information and documentation. Advise the Sales team on issues related to ownership contracts (e.g., titles, financing, pre-approval). Respond to Sales team requests related to contract status, such as additional information required, follow-up needed, or tracking. Where your skills help you make a difference. Experience working in a fast paced environment (sales environment a plus) Cash handling experience required Certified notary public preferred Must be able to work a variable schedule, including complete weekend and holiday availability Must have great customer service skills - all our positions come into contact with guests!
