This role ensures compliant, high-quality Medicare sales and enrollment activities while supporting enrollment growth, operational excellence, and superior member experience. The Supervisor provides coaching and guidance for complex Medicare Advantage sales interactions, regulatory compliance, quality performance, and cross-functional collaboration. This role serves as a key operational leader during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP), Open Enrollment Period (OEP), and off-peak periods, supporting staff development, performance optimization, and readiness for audits and regulatory reviews. Supervise and support daily operations of licensed Medicare Sales Specialists in a call center environment Lead a high-performing team responsible for complex Medicare Advantage sales Serve as a working supervisor by taking Medicare Advantage sales, escalated enrollment scenarios, and advanced member interactions Monitor and manage team performance metrics including enrollments, quality scores, schedule adherence, productivity, and compliance outcomes Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and escalation support for complex, sensitive, or high-risk Medicare Advantage sales and enrollment situations. Ensure strict compliance with Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) sales and marketing regulations, state insurance requirements, and internal policies and procedures Partner closely with Compliance, Quality, Enrollment, and Operations teams to support call monitoring activities, corrective action plans, and audit readiness Analyze performance data and trends to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement strategies; implement and track corrective actions. Develop, motivate, evaluate, and coach staff on advanced product knowledge, compliant sales practices, call handling excellence, and customer experience standards Facilitate team meetings, performance discussions, and ongoing training initiatives to maintain sales readiness and regulatory compliance Support onboarding, precepting, and professional development of Medicare Sales Specialists Act as a liaison between the sales team and internal departments to communicate workflow needs, operational challenges, and process improvement opportunities Support workforce planning, coverage, and resource allocation during AEP, OEP, special enrollment periods, and non-peak periods Contribute to policy development, workflow enhancements, and execution of Medicare Advantage sales strategies Perform other duties as assigned
Education:
Associate's degree or experience in lieu of degree.

Licenses/Certifications:
Active State Health Insurance Producer's License and a Valid Idaho Accident & Health License
