As an Entry Level Management, you'll start by learning the customer-facing side of the business while developing the communication, sales, and leadership skills needed to grow within the team. This is an in-person, entry-level opportunity designed for someone who wants more than a typical first job. What You'll Do Support daily customer interactions while taking initiative in guiding team members and helping maintain a strong customer experience. Learn GTC Energy's products, services, and sales processes while developing the leadership skills needed to support team performance and sales goals. Develop your communication, sales, leadership, and customer service skills as an Entry Level Management. Support daily customer interactions and help create a positive experience. As an Entry Level Management you will assist customers by answering questions and explaining available energy options. Support promotional and retail campaign activities. Work alongside team members to help meet daily sales and customer engagement goals. Assist with coaching and supporting newer team members as you gain experience. Help maintain a professional and organized customer-facing environment. Take on additional responsibilities as you demonstrate your ability to lead and support the team. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required. Previous sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or leadership experience is helpful but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow as an Entry Level Management. Comfortable working directly with customers in an in-person environment. Reliable, organized, and able to work well with a team.
