Job Description

Job Description
  • Account Acquisition Manager Annual Base Salary
  • 65K-76K Estimated Variable Earning Opportunity
  • $16K-26K Estimated On-Target Earnings in first year
  • $81K-102K About Evolv Evolv is a growth-focused sales organization committed to helping businesses succeed through strong relationships, responsive service, and effective payment and business solutions.
Our culture is built around accountability, development, teamwork, and consistent execution. We believe strong organizations are built by developing strong people. Team members are expected to take ownership of their responsibilities, continually improve their skills, and contribute beyond the boundaries of their individual position. People who demonstrate the ability to lead, solve problems, develop others, and consistently produce results can earn greater responsibility as the organization grows. A Role With Room to Grow The Account Acquisition Manager position is designed for someone who wants to do more than simply manage a department. This is a highly visible role that works across recruiting, training, lead generation, sales operations, CRM administration, Account Executive support, referral partnerships, and sales leadership. Because of that exposure, the AAM develops a broad understanding of how the sales organization operates and has the opportunity to make a measurable impact across multiple areas of the business. This is an upwardly mobile position for a high-performing leader. Someone who demonstrates strong judgment, builds a productive team, develops people effectively, maintains operational discipline, and consistently takes ownership can position themselves for expanded leadership responsibilities as Evolv continues to grow. The opportunity is particularly well suited for someone who wants to: Build and lead a team rather than simply manage tasks Develop employees and help create future sales professionals Gain meaningful exposure to sales leadership and business operations Take ownership of systems, processes, and performance standards Work directly with leadership on issues that affect company growth Expand their scope and responsibility based on demonstrated performance Advancement is not based simply on time in the position. Greater opportunity is earned through performance, leadership, reliability, and the ability to make the people and systems around you better. Position Overview The Account Acquisition Manager (AAM) is responsible for leading the people, processes, and day-to-day execution that support Evolv's lead-generation and sales organization. The AAM recruits, trains, develops, manages, and holds Sales Assistants accountable for both production and appointment quality. In addition, the AAM plays an important role in CRM administration, sales operations, Account Executive and ISR accountability, referral responsiveness, and coordination across departments. Lead generation is critical to Evolv's continued growth and to the productivity of Account Executives and independent sales representatives. The AAM therefore occupies a key leadership position: building the team responsible for generating opportunity while ensuring those opportunities are documented, distributed, worked, and followed through appropriately.
