We are seeking a Director of Gradient Annuity Brokerage to lead our annuity sales organization. What You'll Do Execute the long-term vision and strategic direction for Gradient Annuity Brokerage. Execute sales strategies that support company objectives and drive increased annuity sales. Partner with sales leaders and marketers to create impactful training programs, webinars, and educational resources that strengthen product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and professional development. Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carrier partners, serving as a key liaison and advocate to foster collaboration and support business objectives. Lead, inspire, and motivate the sales team by cultivating a high-performance culture centered on accountability, engagement, and positive energy. Oversee the full sales lifecycle, including lead generation strategies, pipeline management, forecasting, and deal-closing execution. Continuously evaluate market conditions, industry trends, and sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for innovation, process improvement, and growth. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and administrative leadership to strengthen communication, improve operational alignment, and enhance the overall producer experience. Play a critical role in agent recruitment, retention, engagement, and long-term relationship management. Resolve escalated producer and carrier issues while maintaining strong business relationships. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. What you Bring 10+ years of annuity experience
- Preferred 5+ years of sales experience
- Required 5+ years of leadership experience
- Required Demonstrated success leading high-performing sales teams and consistently achieving or exceeding revenue and growth objectives.
Deep understanding of the full sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, forecasting, negotiation, and closing strategies. Proven ability to execute sales strategies that drive business growth and improve team performance. Exceptional coaching, and mentoring skills with a passion for developing talent and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
