In this Entry Level Manager position, you'll work directly with customers to provide wireless solutions while also helping guide team performance, support daily operations, and ensure a strong overall customer experience. Entry Level Manager Responsibilities:

Work with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and usage habits, then recommend the most effective wireless products, devices, and service plans Deliver a high-quality customer experience by building rapport, answering questions clearly, and ensuring each interaction is efficient and solution-focused Take a leadership role in day-to-day team execution by setting the pace, maintaining energy, and leading by example in both sales and customer interactions Support the team in consistently meeting and exceeding individual and group sales targets through coaching, motivation, and accountability Help manage daily workflow, task delegation, and overall team organization to ensure smooth operations and strong performance Monitor customer interactions and provide feedback to improve overall service quality and sales effectiveness Stay current on wireless technology, product updates, service plan changes, and ongoing promotions to ensure accurate and confident communication with customers

Entry Level Manager Qualifications:

Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently engage with a wide range of customers and clearly present products and services Proven ability or strong interest in sales, with a willingness to learn how to close deals and hit performance goals Leadership potential, including the ability to guide peers, take initiative, and step into responsibility when needed Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or team leadership is preferred but not required
