Richmond Place Senior Living is seeking a Senior Residency & Sales Counselor to drive occupancy growth through relationship-based sales, exceptional customer experiences, and personalized guidance for prospective residents and their families. This role also serves as a mentor and trainer for newer sales team members. What You'll Do Manage and nurture sales leads from inquiry to move-in Conduct personalized community tours and create exceptional first impressions Build strong relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners Explain pricing, services, and move-in processes with confidence and clarity Maintain accurate prospect records in Salesforce Support marketing events, open houses, and community outreach activities Collaborate with department leaders to ensure a seamless move-in experience Track sales performance metrics and support occupancy goals Mentor and train less-experienced sales team members What We're Looking For Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred 4+ years of sales, customer service, hospitality, healthcare, or senior living experience Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems preferred Passion for serving seniors and their families Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Why Join Richmond Place?
