Role:

You will play a pivotal role in acquiring vehicles from customers and nurturing existing client partnerships. Your ability to effectively communicate will be essential in driving our business forward.

Essential Responsibilities:

Setting daily appointment with clients to present offers to buy their vehicles Generate follow up for each customer Generate own leads through our large data base Consult with the sales management team to determine the process for each appointment that is set Work with department manager to set monthly goals and reach forecasting objectives Build relationships with customers through follow up; actively listen to the customer and ask questions when necessary to understand customers concern Handle customer questions or concerns with integrity and poise and, when necessary, create the appropriate resolution. This role will have an increased customer facing element and the agent performing the job must have the customer's best outcome in mind

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit/stand at lengths of time. Ability to communicate with customers on the phone and in-person.

Qualifications:

Experience in sales is required Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette Detail-oriented and skilled at data entry Ability to navigate through various websites and programs Professional personal appearance with an outgoing personality Ability to speak multiple languages preferred Additional information: Koch Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer.
