Join our dynamic team at a fast-paced dealership as a full-time Warranty Administrator, where your organizational skills and attention to detail will play a vital role in ensuring smooth service operations. We are seeking a motivated and quick learner who can efficiently manage warranty claims and support our service department's success. Experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Process and submit warranty claims accurately and promptly to manufacturer Review and verify warranty documentation and repair orders Communicate effectively with technicians, service advisors, and manufacturers regarding warranty issues Maintain detailed records of warranty transactions and claims Ensure compliance with manufacturer policies and procedures Assist in resolving warranty discrepancies and follow up on outstanding claims Support the service department in administrative tasks related to warranty processing We foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment where your contributions are valued. Requirements:
