Job Description

Outlet Returns & Sales Administrator Summary:
The Outlet R&S Administrator is member of Gramophone's Operations Team. The purpose of this position is to help recover value and drive sales from items that have been returned, damaged, or have been placed on 'demo' within one of Gramophone's showrooms. The Outlet R&S Administrator will help to create best-in-class client experiences for Gramophone's customers throughout their entire purchase process. Key responsibilities and requirements;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and abilities.
  • Knowledge and manipulation of the eBay Marketplace platform/site to include the listing of products, managing and responding to offers, inventory management and control, pricing and customer dispute resolution.
  • Provide client support and effectively and timely address sales related questions as needed for online customers.
  • Process orders, returns and execute price adjustments as directed by Management.
  • Tests various audio, video, and lighting equipment as needed to determine value/disposition and perform light repairs on products as needed including the ordering of replacement parts from vendors to re-sell products to customers.
  • Ensure constant communication with customers regarding their orders including shipping and tracking information.
  • Screen orders for fraud using multiple sources of input as a baseline for providing recommendations/escalations to management.
  • Resolve any buyer inquires, chargebacks and other customer disputes within a timely manner.
  • Maintain pricing in accordance with Vendor MAP/UPP policies and roadmaps.
  • Maintain and update the company "discontinued and clearance lists" and communicate to the Sales and Marketing Teams.
  • Liaison between our brick-and-mortar locations, and our Sales, e-Commerce and Operations Teams.
  • Collaborate with other Gramophone departments and Vendor Partners as needed.
  • Accessibility via off-work hours (some weekends and evenings) should issues arise that need immediate attention.
