Job Description

Supports the VP of Warranty and warranty department in a fast-paced environment with processing warranty claims for repairs on heavy duty trucks and trailers.
Primary responsibilities:
Data Entry - File web-based warranty claims and policies through multiple manufacturer software systems for 40+ shop locations Determine warranty coverage, submit, and track until completion.
Other:
Process and distribute all factory campaigns and recall customer notifications. Provide repair shops with the affected units and proper repair procedures required. File claims and report recall completion to manufacturer Pull Warranty part return shipping reports and coordinate part shipping with each shop location All other duties as assigned Education, Experience, Skills, and Abilities Required for Consideration as a
Candidate:
Minimum 1-2 years administrative experience Warranty experience and mechanical knowledge is a plus but not required Computer literacy with strong proficiency in Outlook, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) Excellent communication skills, including writing, verbal, and listening Strong attention to detail and follow-through Exceptional time management and organizational skills Motivated self-starter with the ability to be resourceful Must be able to work in a team environment, with limited supervision
