Job:
The After Sales & Service Supervisor or CSS Operations Supervisor is to assist the operations manager with all CSS operations relating to product returns processing, planning & supply, product salvage, and quality feedback. The main objectives of this position are: Effectively managing all floor operations, planning, and supply Maintaining a minimum 100% efficiency Achieving maximum product salvage from returns and recycling of scrap Accurate testing of returns and recording of fault codes Controlling WIP inventory and general inventory accuracy Identifying product quality issues for improvement Generating reports as needed
Who You Are & What You'll Do:
Plan and efficiently execute daily work activities Help manage and control SLOB inventory Assure the quality and accuracy of all work activities Maintain inventory accuracy and an appropriate level of WIP inventory Managing and training employees Promote and implement continuous improvement Assure that all paperwork is correctly filled out and submitted to the office for data entry Enforcing discipline and safety on the floor Achieving good employee relations Identifying product quality issues Develop and promote continual improvement by maintaining compliance with quality, safety, and environmental certifications. Communication activities and regular data to the CSS Operations Manager Supervise activities in the absence of the manager What You'll Need to
Succeed:
Work Experience Previous Supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting. Previous planning and or MRP experience. MS Office/PC proficiency
Education:
Post High School Degree in a related area (or proven job experience) Personal characteristics: Responsible; People oriented; Team player; Leader; Organized; Dependable; Decisive; Motivated; Proactive; Problem solving skills; Technical aptitude Additional /
Optional Skills:

$60,000 to $65,000 commensurate with experience.
