Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and results-driven BDC (Business Development Center) Manager to lead our sales support team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the management of our sales pipeline, coordinate outbound and inbound sales efforts, and ensure exceptional customer service. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving high-end sales, optimizing inventory management, and fostering a positive dealership experience for both customers and staff. Duties Lead and motivate the BDC team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective coaching and performance management. Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM software to maximize sales opportunities. Oversee outbound sales activities including cold calling, upselling, and B2B (business-to-business) outreach to generate new business prospects. Coordinate with dealership departments to ensure inventory control aligns with customer demand and marketing strategies. Develop strategies for upselling high-end vehicles and enhancing customer relationships through excellent communication skills and phone etiquette. Conduct regular training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service best practices. Monitor dealership compliance with organizational policies and ensure consistent application of sales support procedures. Experience Proven experience in automotive sales management or dealership environment with a strong background in automotive sales. Demonstrated success in managing a high-volume sales pipeline with CRM software proficiency. Excellent negotiation skills coupled with outstanding communication abilities; bilingual skills are a plus. Familiarity with inventory management, retail math, and automotive retail operations including public speaking and customer service excellence. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting. Experience in outbound sales strategies such as cold calling, upselling, and marketing initiatives is highly desirable. Pay:
$60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
