Inc seeks a Full-time Business Management Assistant to connect with customers in person and help them discover Quantum Fiber. The Business Management Assistant also drives customer acquisition and grows the sales team's performance with competitive sales energy. As a Business Management Assistant, you will receive training that equips you with the knowledge to overcome connectivity challenges and promote modern Wi-Fi setups that blanket homes with seamless coverage. The Business Management Assistant will then close sales by highlighting Quantum Fiber's unlimited data plans, ensuring our customers can stream to their heart's content. Responsibilities of the Business Management Assistant Lead by example in person, demonstrating how to engage customers in person and match them with the right Quantum Fiber plan for their needs. Coach team members in person on sales techniques that build trust and turn curious customers into committed subscribers. Learn to manage the sales team in person to ensure consistent delivery of top-tier customer service and sales excellence. Track and analyze team sales metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to boost overall performance. Guide customers through the enrollment process, helping them understand the benefits of no-annual-contract plans and unlimited data. Collaborate with Business Management Assistants to design sales campaigns that increase Quantum Fiber awareness and drive new customer acquisition. Qualifications of the Business Management Assistant A high school diploma or GED equivalent is a plus. Passionate about sales, leadership, or telecommunications is a plus. Organized approach to managing time, sales tasks, and daily leadership activities. Results-focused attitude balanced with a commitment to the sales team's well-being. Capacity to absorb coaching and continuously improve sales and management skills.
