Job Description

The Supervisor, Sales Gallery partners with the Sales Gallery Manager to oversee and develop Coordinators and Leads at every Las Vegas Hilton Resorts location. This role maintains and updates SOPs, drives daily huddles, resolves equipment issues, and provides critical front‑desk, gifting, and kitchen support while collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing teams to deliver outstanding internal and external customer experiences. Supervise, coach, and train Sales Gallery Coordinators and Leads at all Las Vegas sites Update and maintain checklists, SOPs, policies, and training guides Conduct daily morning huddles and schedule meetings as needed Provide front‑desk, gifting, and kitchen support, including inventory management and refreshment area upkeep Assist Sales and Marketing with customer service issues, inventory openings, and system role changes Coordinate equipment issue resolution with IT and vendors, ensuring kiosks, displays, and juice stations function Track and report usage of premiums, petty cash, and perform end‑of‑month audits Generate, verify, and correct daily sales rotation reports and ensure lead cleanup accuracy Manage tour manifests, guest check‑in processes, and assign guests to appropriate sales executives Oversee mail, deliveries, and collateral stocking for Sales and Marketing departments
