In this role, you will oversee daily sales operations, motivate and manage a team of sales professionals, and develop strategies to expand our market presence. Your leadership will be pivotal in fostering a customer-centric environment, enhancing client relationships, and achieving sales targets across diverse channels. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence business development initiatives while utilizing your expertise in management, B2B sales, table sales, and technology-driven solutions. Duties Lead and manage a team of outside sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals through coaching, training, and motivation. Develop strategic plans for business development by identifying new market opportunities and expanding existing client accounts. Oversee B2B (business-to-business) sales efforts, establishing strong relationships with corporate clients and partners. Utilize marketing insights and technology sales techniques to promote products and solutions effectively. Manage customer accounts with a focus on delivering exceptional service, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high satisfaction levels. Use Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and generate reports for continuous improvement. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, management, or business development roles with a strong track record of achieving targets. Demonstrated expertise in B2B sales, technical sales, or technology solutions with a focus on customer needs analysis. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to build lasting client relationships. Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing accounts and analyzing sales data. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive performance through coaching.
