Ridgefield, WA Responsibilities:

Day-to-day operations Manage Quotations Team workflow Ability to mentor team members on expectations Lead onboarding/training for all Quotations new hires Develop and implement processes for the Quotations Team Work within team setting; handling high volume email requests via Outlook Communicates with Sales Manager and OSR's on questions or issues Maintain current Admin functions in conjunction with handling Quotations Team Performs all work in accordance with established safety standards and adheres to all safety policies, rules, regulations, and procedures

Qualifications:

2-3 years' experience in administrative or quotations development is helpful 3-5 years of Industrial experience Must be well organized, meticulous and have excellent time-management skills Highly motivated with a phenomenal attention to detail Ability to lead and empower team members Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the organization Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (emphasis on Teams and Outlook) Expert in Microsoft Excell Experienced in commercial plumbing projects, either via bid process or project management Strong understanding of the Quotations Process Flexibility and adaptability, as this position often requires multi-tasking At Ferguson, we care for each other. • Pay Range:

• $21.41
• $46.54
• Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
• Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
