Operating in Fayetteville, NC , Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Clean Up is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Field Supervisor / Sales Consultant to join our growing team. If you're a natural leader who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, and driving results, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Meet with homeowners to assess plumbing and water mitigation needs. Build trust with customers by providing honest recommendations and solutions. Prepare estimates and explain repair or restoration options. Follow up on leads and maintain excellent customer communication. Coordinate with field technicians to ensure jobs are completed successfully. Help supervise field operations and maintain high-quality customer service. Work closely with office staff and management to achieve team goals. Preferred Qualifications Previous sales experience (in-home sales preferred). Experience in plumbing, restoration, construction, or a related field is a plus. Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
