We're looking for an experienced Agriculture and Construction Equipment Salesperson to grow with us out of our White House branch. Create the best experience through "all-star" customer service and get each sale past the finish line. We want all customers to not only enjoy working with us, but we want them to continue working with us for all future parts, service, and sales needs.Pay :
Base Annual Salary of $26,000 + commission General Duties - Some duties are, but not limited to, the following: Set the tone and represent Coleman Tractor in the community through knowledge, honesty, and integrity Begin each workday with a positive mindset and always encourage a sense of "team" amongst peers Work effectively with all levels of the company -- Parts, Service, Sales, Admin, Management Build and foster relationships with new and existing customers Greet all customers in a kind and prompt manner as soon as they enter the store, determine their needs, and steer them in the best direction if it is for a specific product or another department Follow up on new leads sent from the Store Manager Keep daily log of sales calls and keep customer information up to date in IRON HQ Give correct and up to date information about our products. If unsure of the correct information, do everything possible to provide accurate information to the customer before they leave Provide operational demonstration of products for customers during the shopping process Prepare sales quotes for customers and review or answer any questions they have Coordinate with Admin and Service to confirm and complete the work required to close a sale Follow CTC procedures to complete all paperwork in a timely and accurate manner Continually achieve set goals and objectives Stay on top of technical and product knowledge by attending/completing all assigned training from Coleman and Kubota Conduct demonstrations to further the customer experience after they purchase equipment Maintain and update sales brochure displays for an accurate and professional appearance in the showroom Work with the Store Manager to maintain and evaluate our whole good inventory monthly General Requirements Ability to speak effectively one on one Ability to effectively listen Ability to interpret customer needs High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Valid Driver's License Good organizational and multitasking skills Must display excellent leadership and communication skills Must have positive can-do attitude Superior Customer Service skills Strong computer skills Flexibility working alternating Saturdays from 8am-12pm during the spring, summer, and fall Physical Requirements This position is both sedentary and active. Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time Ability to assist customers when showing/using equipment by standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, climbing, etc. Ability to lift and/or move 30lbs+ when needed Ability to drive to meet customers if neededBenefits Include:
