Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional customer experience and strong results. Drive sales growth, profitability, and performance by coaching and developing your team. Set and achieve monthly and annual sales, gross profit, and operational goals. Work directly with customers and your team to maximize closing opportunities and repeat business. Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies that drive success. Support dealership promotions and sales initiatives while maintaining expense control.Employee Prerequisites:
3-5+ years of automotive sales management experience in a fast‑paced environment Proven ability to close deals, coach teams, and drive profitability Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills Experience with automotive dealership software preferred Professional appearance, competitive mindset, and performance-driven approachJob Type:
