Responsibilities Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly goals Oversee the entire vehicle sales process from customer greeting to delivery Handle F&I responsibilities, including financing, warranties, GAP, and aftermarket products Work with banks and lenders to structure deals and secure approvals Manage and appraise used-car inventory Monitor used-car pricing, inventory turn, and gross profit Assist with vehicle acquisitions and trade evaluations Maintain strong CSI/customer satisfaction and compliance standards Work closely with the General Manager and ownership to improve dealership performance Train and coach sales staff on effective sales and closing techniques What We're Looking For Previous automotive dealership management experience Strong knowledge of sales, F&I, and used-car management Proven ability to close deals and maximize gross profit Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of DMS and CRM systems Professional, organized, and highly motivated Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment A team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Benefits Excellent compensation plan Medical, Dental, Vision plans Paid vacations 401 (k)
