With multiple Texas locations and continued expansion plans, we're looking for an experienced leader who can help drive studio performance, develop teams, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across multiple locations. Position Overview We are seeking a Studio Manager / Area Support Manager to oversee studio operations while supporting multiple locations throughout the Houston and DFW markets. This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, sales experience, operational expertise, and a passion for developing people. The successful candidate will help lead studio teams, improve sales performance, maintain operational standards, and support growth initiatives. What You'll DoLeadership & Team Development Lead, coach, and develop studio staff Conduct employee training and performance coaching Create schedules and ensure proper staffing levels Hold team members accountable to company standards Foster a positive, professional, and customer-focused culture Sales & Revenue Growth Drive studio sales and profitability Train team members on product sales and upselling Monitor performance metrics and sales goals Improve average sale and conversion rates Support promotional and marketing initiatives Operations Management Oversee daily studio operations Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization Maintain equipment, props, and photography areas Monitor labor costs and scheduling efficiency Implement and maintain company policies and procedures Area Support Responsibilities Travel between studio locations as needed Provide leadership coverage when managers are unavailable Assist with new studio openings and training Conduct operational audits and coaching visits Support underperforming locations with action plans and training Customer Experience Deliver exceptional customer service Resolve customer concerns professionally Ensure every client receives a positive experience Support appointment management and client communications Photography Experience (Preferred) Assist with portrait sessions when needed Maintain photography quality standards Train photographers on workflow and customer interaction QualificationsRequired ✔ 2+ years of management experience ✔ Strong leadership and coaching abilities ✔ Sales management experience ✔ Excellent communication and organizational skills ✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment ✔ Reliable transportation ✔ Ability to travel between locations Preferred ✔ Photography studio experience ✔ Retail or service-industry management experience ✔ Multi-location management experience ✔ Experience leading sales teams ✔ Experience with scheduling and labor management
