BDC Director / Internet Manager Shottenkirk Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Granbury Are you a proven automotive BDC leader who knows how to drive appointments, create accountability, and deliver an exceptional customer experience? Shottenkirk CDJR Granbury is looking for a motivated, results-driven BDC Director / Internet Manager to lead our Sales team and help take our dealership to the next level. What We Offer Competitive Pay Plan Great Hours Excellent Work Environment Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits Growth Opportunities with One of the Fastest Growing Automotive Groups in America Supportive Leadership Team Paid time off Requirements Minimum 2 years of BDC/Internet Management experience OR Minimum 2 years of Automotive Sales experience Strong leadership and coaching abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Automotive CRM experience Key Responsibilities Manage all inbound and outbound customer traffic Lead and develop the Sales team to maximize appointment performance Conduct daily one-on-one coaching sessions with sales representatives Maintain strong follow-up processes for internet leads, phone ups, unsold customers, and previous customers Overcome distance and travel objections to increase showroom traffic Ensure an outstanding customer experience from first contact to dealership visit Monitor lead handling, response times, and appointment-setting performance Track and report key performance metrics Performance Expectations 40% Show Rate on Phone Ups 20% Show Rate on Internet Leads 80% Appointment Confirmation Rate Consistent improvement in lead response times and customer engagement Strong accountability and daily performance management Who We're Looking For We're searching for a leader who understands that success starts with creating opportunities.
