Responsibilities:

• Participate in a comprehensive management training program to develop skills and knowledge in various areas of the company
• Learn and understand company policies, procedures, and operations
• Assist in managing inventory control and ensuring accurate stock levels
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with resolving customer inquiries or issues
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets
• Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and report generation
• Support the management team in daily operations and decision-making processes

Experience:

• Experience required in sales management, car sales, face to face retail, or a customer service environment.

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse customers
