We offer custom jewelry work, gold buying/selling services, and flexible financing options. With locations in McAllen and Houston, we're experiencing significant growth and seeking an experienced supervisor to lead our team.

Position Overview:

We're seeking a motivated Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive sales performance. This role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced retail jewelry environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily store operations across multiple staff members Train, coach, and develop customer service representatives and sales staff Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve customer concerns Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet revenue goals Oversee inventory management, including gold and silver merchandise Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies Coordinate with custom jewelry manufacturing team Manage scheduling, time-off requests, and employee performance reviews Process gold buying/selling transactions and maintain accurate records Handle cash management and end-of-day closing procedures

Required Qualifications:

1 year retail management or supervisory experience (jewelry industry preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Proven ability to meet sales goals and drive performance Cash handling and POS system experience Reliable, punctual, and professional Must pass background check

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of gold, silver, and jewelry products Experience with financing programs (Acima, Progressive, Snap Finance, Affirm) Familiarity with custom jewelry or manufacturing processes Experience managing multiple locations
