  • Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • + Supervise the daily activities and workflow of the Parts Sales Desk Coordinators.
+ Provide coaching, training, and support to team members to improve performance and customer service. + Monitor workload distribution, response times, and order accuracy to ensure service expectations are met. + Continue to actively manage customer accounts and generate revenue through parts sales activities. + Respond to customer parts inquiries and requests from Account Managers. + Accurately process orders, create quotes, and ensure timely communication with customers. + Maintain and develop customer accounts, promoting repeat business and resolving customer concerns promptly. + Coordinate with Supply Chain to meet delivery requirements and customer expectations. + Track order status, backlogs, and escalations while proactively resolving issues related to pricing, inventory, fulfillment, or delivery. + Develop and implement sales strategies and process improvements to increase parts sales and operational efficiency. + Provide technical support to customers in identifying parts and product solutions. + Communicate customer feedback, market trends, and competitive information to leadership. + Actively participate in the Company's safety programs and follow all safety protocols. _Kodiak Gas Services is an
