Position Overview:
We are seeking an Manager in Training for our Retail division to support our upcoming events. This is an
ENTRY-LEVEL
role, and no prior experience is necessary. If you're passionate about the automotive industry and eager to learn, we want to hear from you!

Daily Responsibilities:
Address and resolve product issues and customer concerns. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project and campaign execution. Perform key programming, re-keying, and cutting to code. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations regarding product promotion and sales activities. Maintain company vehicles, conduct audits, and keep accurate sales logs.
Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License required. Bachelor's or equivalent work experience required Must pass a 7-year background check. Clean driving record required to pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR). Previous experience in automotive, installation, campaign management, sales, or hospitality preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment essential. Must be able to lift car hoods, disconnect batteries, and enter/exit vehicles. Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently without constant supervision.
Compensation:
