Less than 1 minute response time Less than 10 minutes video walk around 0 leads allowed to slip About the role We're looking for a driven, detail-obsessed BDC Manager to own the front end of our customer experience at our Ford dealership in Provo. This is a high-accountability role built around speed, consistency, and follow-through. You'll be the engine that keeps every lead moving — from first contact to booked appointment — while working hand-in-hand with our Sales Managers to close the loop on every opportunity. What you'll own Respond to all inbound leads within 1 minute of receipt — across phone, email, text, and digital sources Film and send a personalized video walkaround of the vehicle of interest to every prospect within 10 minutes of first contact Set quality appointments by working closely with Sales Managers to qualify leads, confirm pricing, and coordinate handoffs Monitor the daily lead board to ensure every open opportunity has proper follow-up and communication logged — no lead goes cold on your watch Manage follow-up cadences across the CRM to keep prospects engaged through calls, texts, and emails until a decision is made Track and report on key BDC metrics including response times, appointment set rates, show rates, and lead-to-sale conversion Identify gaps in the follow-up process and proactively solve them before they cost the dealership deals What we're looking for Prior experience in a BDC, internet sales, or customer-facing automotive role strongly preferred Comfortable on camera — you'll be making personalized videos every single day Exceptional follow-up instincts with a genuine sense of urgency and ownership Proficiency in dealership CRM software (VinSolutions, DealerSocket, or similar) Strong communicator across all channels — phone, text, and email Organized, process-driven, and calm under the pressure of a fast-paced sales environment A team player who works well with sales leadership and holds themselves accountable to results Why join us We're a high-volume Ford dealership in the heart of Utah Valley with a team that's serious about performance and takes care of the people who deliver it.
