In this role, you will oversee day-to-day sales operations, develop strategic plans to expand our customer base, and foster strong relationships with clients. Your leadership will inspire your team to achieve and surpass sales targets through innovative marketing strategies, effective management, and exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the success of our organization by leveraging your expertise in outside sales, B2B sales, and technical solutions. Duties Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales goals across various channels, including outside sales and business-to-business (B2B) markets Develop and implement strategic sales plans focused on expanding market share and increasing revenue Manage key accounts through proactive account management and business development initiatives Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive insights to inform sales strategies Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, pipeline progress, and sales performance Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that foster long-term relationships Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that support product launches and promotional activities Oversee training programs for sales staff on product knowledge, technical sales techniques, and customer service excellence Experience Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong management skills with prior leadership experience in a supervisory or team lead role Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and analyzing sales data Demonstrated ability in negotiation, business development, and account management to grow client portfolios Excellent analysis skills for interpreting market data and making strategic decisions Background in marketing or technical sales is highly desirable Exceptional communication skills combined with a customer-focused approach to service delivery Join us as a Sales Supervisor where your leadership will energize our team and propel our organization toward new heights.
