Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Floor Sales & Office Associate to join our team. We are a growing company with lots of room for growth and experience! In this role, you will be the friendly face that welcomes customers, provides exceptional service, and drives sales growth. You will also support daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient environment. Your enthusiasm and proactive attitude will help create a positive shopping experience for our customers while maintaining an organized and inviting workspace. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales and administration skills and gain valuable experience in a vibrant retail setting. Responsibilities Engage with customers on the sales floor, offering product knowledge and personalized assistance to meet their needs Drive sales by actively promoting products, upselling, and providing tailored recommendations Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment to enhance customer experience Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and product displays Support office tasks such as answering inquiries, managing paperwork, and coordinating appointments or deliveries Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and ensure excellent customer service standards Handle customer questions or concerns professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction Experience Must be able to communicate fluently in Korean or Hindi/Punjabi to clients Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Strong communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with diverse customers Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic proficiency with computers and office equipment is advantageous A positive attitude, proactive mindset, and team-oriented approach are essential for success in this role
