Branch Admin Support Madison, WI 53718 From $50,000 a year - Full-time From $50,000 a year - Full-time Join the team at Builders' Insulation as a Branch Admin Support role and be part of company that is deeply passionate about providing a safe, diverse, and rewarding work environment. We are looking for an administrative professional to centralize and support purchase order (PO) processing for assigned builders. This position is based in our Madison, Wisconsin office and works closely with the Branch Managers, Production Managers, and other field office staff in our locations throughout the U.S. Responsibilities Process and track purchase orders (POs) for assigned builders, coordinating with the Branch Manager and Job Schedule Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and share regular status updates with branch and regional leadership Communicate proactively with managers to keep job and order information current Identify, investigate and resolve PO discrepancies Provide scheduling support to managers as needed Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy and consistency Other customer service and administrative support tasks as needed Benefits Competitive salary starting at $50,000 / year Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Paid Time off Weekly Pay Minimum Qualifications Previous administrative, operations or purchasing support experience High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.
