MUST RESIDE IN ARIZONA

Period. Who We're Hiring Sales Reps (Entry-Level to Experienced) Senior Sales Reps Sales Managers Regional Sales Managers What You'll Do Run and close company-provided leads (plus self-gen if you're hungry) Door knock, call, text, network—whatever gets deals signed Deliver clean, confident solar pitches that convert Work with ops, design, and install teams to get deals across the finish line Actually follow up (crazy concept, I know) What You Bring Proven ability to hit (or exceed) sales targets Strong communication and negotiation skills Organized, self-driven, and not allergic to effort Comfortable with: CRM platforms (Solo, Podio, Everbright = bonus) Microsoft Office VOIP systems Team player, but can also hunt solo Why Sunlink Lowest redlines in the game → maximize your commissions 100% commission split — you eat what you kill Weekly pay (yes, really—at contract signing) Company-provided leads + training for new reps Weekly trainings to sharpen your pitch and close rate Culture that doesn't suck: Competitions Spiffs Events Actual support The Opportunity Solar in Arizona is exploding—and most companies are built to slow you down.
