Schedule:
Tuesday - Saturday (12:00 PM - 9:00 PM) |
Off:
Monday & Thursday (Strategic/Recovery days)

Mid-March 2026 The Opportunity We are seeking a high-caliber Director of Sales to architect and lead a premier door-to-door solar organization in the Fresno market. This is not a role for a manager of "quick wins"; we are looking for a builder who views sales as a compounding asset. As a key stakeholder, you will transition a high-energy sales force into a market-dominant organization. You will be rewarded not just for top-line revenue, but for the integrity of the install , the longevity of the team , and the long-term valuation of the company through our equity program.
Key Executive Responsibilities Scale & Infrastructure:
Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performance D2D sales force, moving from a "squad" to a multi-tiered organization.
Operational Excellence:
Implement data-driven sales strategies that optimize territory management and increase the lead-to-install conversion rate.
Ethical Leadership:
Maintain a "Customer-First" culture. Ensure the team prioritizes long-term system performance and contract transparency over high-pressure closing.
Strategic Growth:
Collaborate with executive leadership on market expansion and equity-driven initiatives to build sustainable company wealth. Professional Requirements D2
D Mastery:
A documented track record of success in direct-to-consumer sales, specifically within the California solar market.
Leadership Pedigree:
Experience managing and retaining high-energy teams in a commission-heavy environment. You should be a "leader of leaders."
