In this energetic role, you will drive the growth of solar energy solutions by engaging directly with potential customers through door-to-door outreach, outside sales, and technical energy sales consultations. Your passion for sustainable energy combined with your sales expertise will help homeowners and businesses transition to clean, affordable solar power. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop leadership skills while making a positive environmental impact. Duties Conduct outside sales activities, including door-to-door outreach, to identify and engage prospective customers interested in solar energy solutions Present and sell solar panel systems and related energy solutions, emphasizing their benefits and technical features Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service, guiding them through the sales process from initial contact to deal closing Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to manage leads, track customer interactions, and follow up on sales opportunities Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new customers and increase brand awareness in local communities Negotiate terms and finalize agreements with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technical specifications, and competitive offerings to effectively position our solar products Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, especially door-to-door or energy-related sales roles Strong understanding of solar sales, technical energy solutions, and the benefits of renewable energy systems Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closing Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly preferred Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to addressing client needs Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate yourself and others in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for sales activities Join us in transforming the future of energy!
