We are seeking a motivated Sales Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind attracting top-tier sales professionals who will contribute to our company's growth and success. Your energetic approach to sourcing, engaging, and hiring talented sales candidates will help us build a high-performing sales team that thrives on excellence. You will utilize your expertise in recruiting strategies, relationship management, and talent sourcing to identify the best candidates across various channels. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by connecting talented sales professionals with our organization's vision and goals. High Commission/Performance Pay. No Salary/Hourly available Experience in sales team management as well as recruitment/managing sales teams Knowledge of industry best practices Experienced in cold calling Ability to onboard and find new sales partners Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber sales candidates through social media management, cold calling, and research. Build strong relationships with internal hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic talent acquisition solutions aligned with business objectives. Conduct negotiations on employment contracts and offers while maintaining compliance with employment & labor law regulations. Proven experience in recruiting within sales or technical recruiting environments with a strong understanding of talent management principles. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage candidates through social media management and relationship management techniques. Strong negotiation skills combined with experience in employee orientation, employee evaluation, and employee relations are essential. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude and energetic approach toward recruitment challenges.
