What You'll Do:
Team Player willing to mentor other new consultants in closing early deals and learning the solar sales environment process. Prospect and close high-quality solar deals through field sales, warm leads, and digital channels. Conduct professional energy audits and deliver compelling presentations focused on ROI, incentives, and long-term savings. Maintain elite client relationships and contribute to team strategy in a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
1+ years of successful solar sales experience (especially from SunRun, SunNova, Infinity Energy, Freedom Forever, SunPower, Titan or equivalent). Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota. Strong closer with excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify technical/financial details for homeowners. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive independently. Passion for renewable energy and helping California homeowners achieve energy independence. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus.
